Personal Biography

Councilmember Bridgette Moore was part of the inaugural city council in 2008. She has served four terms and is currently serving her fifth term. Councilmember Moore was the first woman in the City's history to serve as Mayor in 2010. She was elected Mayor again in 2016 and 2024. Councilmember Moore has called Wildomar her home for the past 27 years. She is married to her husband, Stewart Moore, and they have one son, Jake.

As a public servant, she has the reputation of being committed to bettering the lives of our citizens. She is actively involved in the community and volunteers her time with several organizations (partial list):

Personal Goal Statement

As a dedicated community leader, Councilmember Bridgette Moore is passionate about creating a city where residents thrive, families connect, and businesses flourish. Her vision revolves around:

1.    Enhancing Community Services:

  • Expanding park facilities to provide safe, engaging recreational spaces for families.
  • Advocating for the library expansion to promote education and lifelong learning for all ages.
  • Championing programs that support youth, seniors, and veterans through collaborations with non-profits.

2.    Strengthening Local Business Partnerships:

  • Attracting quality businesses that foster community involvement and provide local jobs.
  • Supporting mom-and-pop shops as vital parts of Wildomar’s unique identity.

3.    Fostering Education and Growth: 

  • Continuing discussions with Mt. San Jacinto College (MSJC) to establish a campus in Wildomar, offering educational and economic opportunities to residents.

4.    Building Community Unity:

  • Organizing events that bring neighbors together, promoting a sense of belonging.
  • Actively listening to residents’ needs and addressing concerns with empathy and transparency.

5.    Maintaining a Safe and Sustainable City:

  • Supporting public safety initiatives and infrastructure projects that keep neighborhoods secure and accessible.
  • Promoting environmental stewardship by encouraging community cleanups and sustainable practices.

Councilmember Moore’s leadership is rooted in a deep commitment to Wildomar's future, aiming to create a city that residents are proud to call home.
